Pros and cons of Good Food Magazine app for iPhone and iPad

Good Food Magazine app good for

Just what I had been waiting for ! So handy to use in the kitchen when you are cooking, brilliant photographs, fantastic design . You can very conveniently enlarge whatever part of the recipe you need . I will definitely subscribe to the paper version of the magazine to enjoy the free version for iPad that is thrown in . JM a French user
I love this app. I already had the mag but its so handy on the iPad. The shopping list is great but could you think about a menu planner aswell? Ill be using this alot. Thank you!
Cant wait to buy it each month....love the recipes, especially baking.!
Novel, good looking and really very useful. 100 percent satisfied.
Brilliant lay-out which is incredibly user friendly and is perfect to use recipes in the kitchen as you cook.
excellent magazine but much too slow to download (not a problem I have with other magazines) - please fix it, Good Food!

Some bad moments

I loved the search option in the old version. It was great to be able to look for an ingredient or recipe in the current or all issues! Why was it taken away? Please put it back or let me go back to the previous app version!!!
The wonderful new app deletes all the saved issues, does not allow account sign in and does not have a functioning support. Apart from that it is becoming more like a video game. I would like to read a magazine.
I loved the magazine and the old app but the new version is completely useless: no search function for ingredients, no possibility to mail recipes. I won’t renew my subscription.
I already have a subscription to this fabulous magazine and was very excited when this app came available. However I have had no luck in getting on to the app after registering. I have had several emails with them and still have had no success. Anyone having similar problems?
I used to get the print copies in Canada and now find the ipad version to be just as good, however would like to see printing capabilities at some point.
Previous views: A great magazine and this app is not just a paper magazine format reproduced in electronic format: theyve properly engaged brain to develop a format suitable for iPads etc. It is very easy to follow & the content is as good as ever. Impressive: 5 stars Post iOS7 download: freezes whenever I try to open it with the current magazine (which I want to download) all blacked out. As everything freezes I cant even find a way of contacting them to get it fixed. Frustrating as its a very well thought out app... when it works!
